Rice Aircraft Services, Inc was Founded in 2003 by Robert A. Rice Jr after serving in the 
United States Air Force and maintaining helicopters. He formed RASI in after realizing a need to offer complete services to Bell medium operators, while leveraging his experience and ability to source parts and negotiate with vendors to provide the best overall value for RASI’s customers.
Staffing his team with Veteran crew members who have also maintained aircraft while serving in the US military bringing that wealth of experience into the business world.
